Development Authority Nagaland

Development Authority Nagaland (DAN) is a Public Sector Undertaking (Autonomous Body) under the Urban Development Department, Government of Nagaland and has been functioning as per act laid down since its inception. The main revenue comes from the Naga Shopping Arcade, the longest market complex in the whole of North-East states located in the heart of Dimapur city and the agency charges from the deposit works as it being a Revenue generating agency. DAN is the only Nodal Agency of the State to undertake and execute any project funded both from Central and State Government.

The Authority works with a vision of self sustenance and to contribute to the State exchequer. In brief, with the revenue generated from its achievements, it is not only to sustain itself and its survival but also to match ahead and make a name of its own by expanding its horizon through big and quality projects. The performance of the Authority would speak for itself and with the kind of achievements and works done, its goal will be achieved. The Authority has already achieved its goals penetrating into states of Assam and Meghalaya delivering quality works.
